Here is the final version of "It's Just Human Nature." From previous versions I liked the way the film started from the outside showing the contrast between natural and manmade structures. I then take you into a tour of the cardboard world I created i show how mankind has and continues to destroy nature. The scale of the model are important as nature is a huge and massive yet harmless and defenseless. As small as humans may be in comparison to the world the destruction we cause is gigantic and devastating. We are a disease spreading across this world like a cancer; Some damage can be re-healed and brought back to life others will not and there is no cure.

Blurgh!

We are have monsters, secrets locked away inside, paranoid thoughts, fears, worries, happiness, joy, excitement, tears, emptiness inside. this list could go on but I figure you get the idea by now. The monsters I draw all relate to emotions. Most of them the deeper inner personal feelings that you would share only with a loved one.

We all come from a sperm and an egg. It creates a monster. What I am trying to say is even if my work does not take a human form it represents the general evil of mankind. We all start of with nothing. Then we grow and grow until we become something. This is an on going process. My animation "Blurgh" represents this. We burst our way into life. It takes a while to form into the person we are. As we grow and learn, everyone is different in there own way. Evantually we take form, a shape and become someone. When most people take shape their still a pile of shit! Just horrible being/creature.

This world lacks good. Not all is evil. My animation the way the monsters are formed is quite gruesome however once developed they look cute and have character. Some people do horrible things but they grow and they change to become a better person. For me this is like evolution. We are not to suddenly evolve into mutants. us as human beings need to evolve within ourselves to improve the quality of life for those around us.
